Where we deliver
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
Delivery charges
- Free delivery on orders of ₹999 and above.
- A flat delivery charge of ₹40 applies to orders below ₹999.
Dispatch time
Ready-to-ship orders are carefully packed by hand in our workshop in Arrah, Bihar within 24 to 48 hours (business days). For custom, personalised and bulk orders, we confirm the production and dispatch timeline with you before you place the order.
Delivery time
- Metro cities: usually 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
- Other locations: usually 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Festivals, weather and courier delays can occasionally add a few days. We will keep you informed if your order is delayed.
Tracking your order
You can check your order status anytime on our Track Order page using your order number and billing email.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
Address and delivery attempts
Please make sure your address, PIN code and phone number are correct. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please see our Refund & Returns Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
