Every Janki Vedansh candle is handcrafted and packed by hand in our workshop in Arrah, Bihar. Because candles are fragile and made by hand, we follow the policy below to keep things fair for you and for our artisans.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
- Tell us within 48 hours of delivery by WhatsApp (+91 9296913687) or email (contact@jankivedansh.com).
- Share your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and an unboxing video if you have one.
- Please keep the item and its packaging until we have resolved the issue.
Returns for change of mind
As our candles are handmade and fragile, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a different fragrance preference, or an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Custom and personalised orders
Custom designs, personalised labels and bulk or event orders are made specially for you. They cannot be cancelled once production has started and are not eligible for return, except where the item arrives damaged or defective.
Natural variations
Small differences in colour, shape, surface texture or frosting are a natural part of handmade wax candles and are not considered defects.
Cancellations
You can cancel a regular order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
How refunds are paid
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of approval.
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to an account you share with us.
